Back like I never left

I’m going to start with apologies cause it’s been a whole year. This is honestly uncalled for. I don’t know if I should name this episode “a much needed life update” cause there’s a lot to share. It’s not going to be a long one. I’m just going to share a few life updates and call it a day but I’m back now and not leaving you guys anymore. Anyways, let’s get into it now. I’ve gotten married and I’ve moved to the UK!! Surprised much?? Lol yeah, that’s a lot to take in. But honestly I know this isn’t news to most of you. Cause almost everyone that reads this blog knows what I’ve been up to at least to an extent. I’ve gone to the UK to pursue a masters degree in Gender and Development at the University of Sussex and got married a couple of weeks before my programme started. Someday, I’ll talk about my experiences so far. But for now I’ll just say it’s been a roller coaster of emotions. Being away from home has taken a huge toll on me, and honesty this whole uni thing is kicking my behind cause I’ve almost forgotten how to be a student. But what’s life without these adventures? Always thankful to God and the people around me. I hope y’all have been okay? Let me know how you’ve been, I know we all hit our lows sometimes. But hang in there, I’m rooting for you ! Wishing better days ahead to anyone struggling. Bye for now! Xx

Hello everyone! I know it’s getting tiring saying this every time I post a new blog, but it’s been over a year and I’m back officially.   I know I always say this, but its been a long time! I hope everyone is keeping safe and taking care of their mental health? Today we're going all in, we're having a chit chat and just reflecting over lowest points in life. This is a topic I am very passionate about, I have spoken to a few people about this and I mean obviously everything I have talked about here revolves around this. So in this episode, we're discussing hitting rock bottom, let me just say it happens to the best of us, I mean this is very vague cause everyone's definition of hitting rock bottom differs and that's okay cause we live different experiences but the point is, we all experience it here and there and I am not an exception.
